Barry M. Fox
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer

Barry Fox brings considerable corporate experience to his function as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Fox practiced law for 31 years serving as senior counsel for Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton, LLP. He is on the Board of Trustees for the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the Stoney Brook Foundation, the Medici Archive Project and the Drawing Center.

Mr. Fox attended John Hopkins Medical School before graduating from Harvard Law School.

William Lowry, CLU, CPA, FLMI
President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lowry has 34 years experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. He has a vast knowledge of corporate finance and capital management for insurance and insurance-related enterprises as well as experience with the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management processes for insurance companies using sophisticated quantitative tools.

Mr. Lowry was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Constitution Reinsurance Corporation, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for Swiss Re America, SCOR Reinsurance Company and Phoenix Reinsurance Company. From 2003-2006 he served a three-year term as member of the AICPA Insurance Experts Panel.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of South Carolina.
